Re-Formattin' With Mr. Cooper

SEASON ONE: FIRST EPISODE

The Cast:
Woman from A Different World; Hot Sports Wife; Mr. Cooper.

Set:
The exact Set from Growing Pains.

Credit Sequence:
Pop Song "Cooper, Cooper" plays as women serenade Mr. Cooper, who acts like a bumbling fool.

Opening:
Alan Thicke comes by to inexplicably give his 'Growing Pains' set to Mr.Cooper.

Season One Guest Star:
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Premise:
Mr. Cooper is an unemployed basketball player living with two successful career women. He loves that they let him live there. He has some money from his short career as a Golden State Warrior so he does nothing. Mr. Cooper tries to be the man of the house but is too inept and is constantly shown up by his two stong female roomates.

SEASON TWO: FIRST EPISODE

Cast Changes:
Woman from A Different World is replaced by woman from Another World; That cute looking little girl from The Cosby Show; T.C. the helicopter pilot from Magnum P.I.; Nell Carter.

Director's Credits:
Homeboys from Outer Space.

Writers' Credits:
The Cosby Show, The Sinbad Show, Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Set:
A House in San Fransisco.

Credit Sequence:
A jazzy remake of "Soul Man" plays as women disrespect Mr.Cooper. They take his cereal, for example.

Opening:
Mr. Cooper introduces himself to the camera. He talks about how he can't handle living with two women and how we don't know what it's like.

Season Two Guest Stars:
The Harlem Globetrotters.

Premise:
Mr. Cooper lives with a dumb, unemployed hot chick, his southern belle cousin and her sassy daughter. He hates living with three women. Mr. Cooper is now a high school science teacher. He trys to be the man of the house but the two bumbling women constantly interfere.

SEASON THREE: FIRST EPISODE

Cast Changes:
Addition of Omar Gooding (Cuba's Brother); Nell Carter is gone; T.C. Magnum-Helicopter is gone; that cute looking little girl from The Cosby Show is no longer cute looking.

Martin.

Writers' Credits:
Martin.

Set:
Many locations.

Credit Sequence:
Hip hop Song "Give it Up" plays as a basketball is passed around. Aggresive editing. Women can't seem to catch the ball. When they do, they have no idea what to do with it.

Opening:
Mr. Cooper does "fresh" stand-up into the camera. He also says "A Little bit of Peppa" to start his theme song.

Season Three Guest Star:
Tupac.

Premise:
Mr. Cooper is basketball coach to a rag-tag team of misfits. Sometimes the team he coaches is all girls. Other times it is all boys. Mr. Cooper now wants to get with with Hot Sports Wife. She is too dumb to notice. Mr. Cooper is the man of the house. He is constantly rescuing his two incompetent female roomates. They can't get enough of Mr. Cooper and treat him like a hero.

Finally finding a winning combination, Mr. Cooper sticks with this format for the following two seasons.
