"Pistolwhip" is the name of a graphic novel by Matt Hall annd Jason Kindt originally released in 2001 to amazing critical acclaim. Publisher Top Shelf Comix has since released two more "Pistolwhip" books: the 24-page "Mephisto and the Empty Box" and the new full-length "The Yellow Menace." All are amazingly great comics, and they get the highest possible recommendation from me. The "Pistolwhip" website is something to see as well, perfectly capturing the feel of the radio serials-and-pulp novels era in the comincs, and lets you read the first few pages of each of the books. Do yourself a favour and check out the site. And if you want read some fucking great comics, buy "Pistolwhip."
