Syberpunk is a weird web-magazine about Japanese culture, which I just so happen to be completely fascinated by. They’ve got a section on the phenomenon known as "Engrish," bits on TV shows (like that Nasubi dude I linked to last week) as well as an arcade game in which you stick a giant plastic finger up people’s asses (which the game calls "spanking" for some reason).
