Warren Ellis is a British comics writer, one of the best working today. He started a Delphi forum in 1998, and it has since grown to be one of the service’s biggest. It's a message board where intelligent comic fans and comic writers, artists and publishers from all over the world come together to talk comics, movies, world news and just about anything else. Ellis runs the place as a Stalinist dictatorship, gagging people who behave in an immature Usenet manner, and if you don’t like it, hey, there’s the door. Did I mention it’s also one of the funniest places online?
